These Terms of Use govern your use of the DreamLoft application. By using DreamLoft, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the App
DreamLoft is a personal dream journaling and reflection tool designed to help users record dreams, explore patterns, and receive AI-generated insights. The app is intended for personal reflection and journaling.

AI-Generated Content
DreamLoft may generate reflections or insights using artificial intelligence. These reflections are intended for personal insight and journaling purposes only. AI-generated content should not be considered medical advice, psychological treatment, diagnosis, or professional counseling.

Voice Features.
DreamLoft allows users to dictate dream entries using speech recognition features provided by their device. DreamLoft does not store or process voice recordings directly; speech recognition is handled by the device’s operating system.

User Content
Users are responsible for the content they record or enter. By using DreamLoft, users allow the app to process this content in order to provide journaling features, insights, and AI reflections. Users retain ownership of the dream journal content they create.

Security Features:
DreamLoft may provide optional security features such as Face ID or device authentication. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices.

Information We Do Not Collect:
DreamLoft does not collect personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or account profiles within the app. Most dream journal data remains stored locally on the user’s device.

Acceptable Use:
Users agree not to misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its functionality. DreamLoft may not be used for unlawful purposes.

No Warranty
DreamLoft is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability
DreamLoft is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated reflections or interpretations. When AI reflections are requested, dream text may be securely transmitted to backend services that process the request and return insights. This processing occurs only to generate the reflections requested by the user.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of DreamLoft means you accept any updated Terms.
